Bouncy Castle Hire Agreement
Including terms and conditions for hire
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this bouncy castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable.
Please ensure that all safety instructions are followed.
Bounceroo does not take responsibility for injuries to any person using the equipment, however caused.
A responsible adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
The unit has an age limit of 13 years. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment. No adults are to use this Bouncy Castle. Persons taller that the outside walls when standing on the bed should not use the inflatable.
No food, drinks, pets or silly string to be allowed on the Bouncy Castle.
All footwear, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle. No smoking or barbeques on or near the Bouncy Castles
Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not over crowded, and limit numbers according to the age and the size of the children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as they could easily bounce off and get hurt.
The step is there to assist people in getting on and off.
Do not allow anyone on the inflatable during inflation or deflation, as this is dangerous.
We would advise an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is kept completely clear.
When anchoring an inflatable in the ground, if any underground services (water pipes, gas pipes, cables) are damaged when the pegs go in the ground we accept no responsibility for any damage caused.
The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted then the unit should not be used.
In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle is switched off. Any wetness including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
In the event that the blower stops working, please insure that users get off the inflatable immediately. Check the blower tube or the deflation tube has not come undone or is being obstructed. In the event that it over heats or loses power turn off the blower at the mains and turn it back on again in 2-3 minutes and it should restart.
Please ensure that the inflatable site is reasonably level and clear of any sharp objects, excessive mud or dog mess. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Please note that if the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it WILL incur a cleaning charge.
You the hirer will be fully responsible for the inflatable, its equipment and all accessories whilst on hire to you. You the hirer will be liable for any repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of neglect, misuse or damage of equipment. If you are unsure of anything please call Gary on: 01603 879831
Mini Marquee Hire Agreement

Bounceroo reserve the right to cancel the booking if the weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe to erect or once erected a danger to the hirer or users of the marquee and equipment.
Please ensure that the marquee site chosen is reasonably level and clear of excessive mud and dog mess. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
No silly string to be allowed in or near the marquee.
No barbeques or gas operated patio heaters to be used inside the marquee.
NO Climbing, or hanging on the framework of the marquee this is DANGEROUS and is likely to result in damage to the marquee.

Placing an order with Bounceroo means you have read the following terms and conditions and that you agree with them.Payment SecurityBounceroo want our customers to feel secure when trading over the internet. We operate secure purchasing functionality employing encryption technology ensuring your card details cannot be intercepted whilst in transit. Contract InformationThe placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products by you. This is not binding on Bounceroo until we have informed you that the order is accepted and the goods despatched. This means that if a product is shown on the site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Bounceroo shall not be obliged to sell you that product.Force MajeureBounceroo shall not be liable in any way for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of goods being prevented or delayed for reasons beyond the control of Bounceroo or any acts of third parties.
Orders within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Bounceroo by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

We will arrange a full refund for the goods returned ( Less Postage ) provided they are in a condition fit for resale. Bounceroo will not refund the costs of returning the goods and cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to returned goods during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected. The hire charges are for a period up to 3 days.
Goods not returned or retained by the hirer will be subject to extra hire charges.
The equipment hired at all times remains the property of Bounceroo.
An order has been deemed to be accepted by Bounceroo when an order confirmation has been processed and a 25% deposit paid.
The company reserve the right to return all items to our premises if the final payment is not received prior to commencement of the hire,or made at the time of delivery or the hirers collection. Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal are all welcome. Cheques should be made payable to Bounceroo.
Discrepancies on delivery or collection of hire must be advised immediately.
A separate deposit of £50.00 is required to cover any missing or broken items, this will be refunded (if there are no discrepancies) after the equipment has been returned and checked.
The hirer is responsible for any losses, breakages or damages. All losses will be charged at cost of replacement. No substitute items will be accepted. Goods will be checked on return to our premises unless otherwise requested.
All hire items must be returned clean and dry. A washing-up service is available at an additional cost of 5p per item subject to prior arrangement. ( min charge £10.00 ) If items are returned dirty a washing up charge will be levied.
No credit or refund will be allowed for unused items.
The furniture and equipment must not be left outside; if damage through damp or wet occurs a full replacement charge will be made.
The customer is responsible to store and protect safely all equipment hired from time of receipt until it has been returned. Arrangements will be made for the delivery and collection of equipment at an agreed time. If access is not possible to make a delivery or collect hired equipment at the agreed time then a charge will be incurred. The hirer must ensure that all equipment is ready and in one area for collection and that all equipment is returned to our driver.
If extra trips are required to collect missing items then a further charge will become payable.
No responsibility can be accepted for injury by use of equipment.
Orders can be prepared for collection from our premises, or if required delivery and collection can be made with a charge of 40p per mile (We use auto route for ascertaining mileage.)
Care of Table Linen
Linen should be free of any food or any other item prior to folding.
Please do not store damp linen in plastic bags.
We will make every effort to deliver and collect at the times requested. However no responsibility will be taken if this is not met due to circumstances beyond our control. The hirer is responsible to store and protect the equipment until we can collect from site. |
