Our mobile bar hire service is a great addition to our business and like everything we do is run in a professional and flexible manner.
You can hire one of our mobile bars for your special occasion in Norfolk, including weddings, fetes, corporate events and is ideal for beer tents at any event in Norfolk.
The bar is fully portable and can be set up in any venue / marquee or if you prefer we can set up in one of our marquees as a stand alone structure.
If you hire us to provide a mobile bar then you can relax in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of for you including licensing if required, (see note below)
OPTION 1 (Between 0 - 50 guests )
We will provide a fully equipped, stocked and staffed paying bar with plastic glasses provided. Glass Hire is available. £150
OPTION 2 ( Between 50 - 100 guests ) We will provide a fully equipped, stocked and staffed paying bar with plastic glasses provided. Glass Hire is available. £75
OPTION 3 ( Over 100 guests ) We will provide a fully equipped, stocked and staffed paying bar with plastic glasses provided. Glass Hire is available FREE
DRINKS
A full range of drinks are available including draft beer and prices are about what you would expect to pay in any public house. ( Click on the link to download our drinks Price List )
Wedding Reception: Arrival drinks can be provided if required, eg Pimms & Lemonade, orange juice and white wine.
Table Wine: A range of wines are available or if you have a particular wine in mind we will do our best to source it for you.
Corkage: You are welcome to provide your own wine for the table and for the toast if applicable, however we do charge corkage, Please call for details.
Note
Unless the premises where you are holding your event has a premises licence that includes the sale of alcohol, a Temporary Event Notice must be obtained for your event. We are able to arrange this for you, but we will require a minimum of 3 weeks notice. The charge for this is £30
